CASA of Travis County has a Director of Data and Evaluation position available. The Director of Data and Evaluation is integral to the achievement of CASA’s mission and vision through a commitment to data integrity and to the use of data to help improve CASA’s services and communicate CASA’s effectiveness. The Director of Data and Evaluation is a member of the Program Leadership Team and is responsible for using advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of program activities, for studying and implementing methods to evaluate the efficiency of complex program operations, and for developing and implementing systems to make programmatic operations more efficient, effective, and driven by data. The Director of Data and Evaluation will serve as a programmatic liaison to in-house and/or external data personnel to ensure that CASA’s goals are met. Additionally, the Director of Data and Evaluation is a member of the Grants team and supports the Grants, Development and Communications teams by providing accurate and timely data for grant proposals and reports and for CASA’s overall awareness and fundraising campaigns. The Director of Data and Evaluation will demonstrate cultural humility in their interactions with staff and volunteers and will demonstrate a commitment to utilizing data systems to support volunteer engagement, child safety, and race equity in all endeavors.
At least five years’ experience in a related field required. Preferred candidates will have an advanced degree with a focus in Program Evaluation or a related field.
