CASA of Travis County has a Development Associate position available. The Development Associate will help to execute CASA of Travis County’s fundraising efforts, alongside the other members of CASA’s Development Team, to accomplish CASA’s mission and advance the agency’s vision. The Development Associate will be responsible for leading procurement of in0kind support for the CASA program team, collaborating with the Development Team on planning the CASAblanca Gala, co-managing annual fund donors including recurring donors and supporting other CASA events.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of two years of experience in a fundraising or sales environment, including proven experience soliciting, cultivating, and stewarding individuals. Preferred candidates will have two years of experience with prospecting, soliciting and stewarding donors in a nonprofit organization as well as experience managing community volunteers, experience building and maintaining budgets and fundraising event management experience.
