CASA of Travis County has an Application and Data Support Specialist position available. The Application and Data Support Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of the client & volunteer case management software for CASA of Travis County. This includes training and supporting staff and volunteers on the use of the application, maintaining the integrity of the data, at the direction of the Director of Data and Evaluation, leading collaborative efforts internally on policy development as it relates to the usage of the application, and building queries and running reports from the application to support CASA’s internal operations and external communications. The Application and Data Support Specialist will work closely with the Director of Data and Evaluation to meet reporting deadlines, ensure data accuracy, and assist other departments with application needs. The Application and Data Support Specialist will also work with members of the Program Leadership, Development, Communications, and Grants teams to facilitate data related communication and to ensure all organizational data needs are being met. The Application and Data Support Specialist will demonstrate cultural humility in their interactions with staff and volunteers and will demonstrate a commitment to utilizing data systems to support volunteer engagement, child safety, and race equity in all endeavors.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred candidates will have a strong familiarity with supporting database-driven software.
