Your donation gives children who've been abused or neglected a powerful voice in court, at school and in our community. Your gift helps CASA recruit, train and support 600 active volunteers and provides professional staff and the resources they need to advocate for 1,600 children each year. For every dollar you give, 78% goes directly to advocating for children — and 22% provides effective professional leadership that means your gift is used efficiently.
There are many ways you can make a difference:
Give online or mail a check
You can give using your credit or debit card here. Or, if you prefer, you can mail your check to:
CASA of Travis County
7701 N Lamar Blvd, Ste 301
Austin, TX 78752
You will receive a tax-deductible receipt along with your thank you letter for your donation.
Give in honor or memory of someone special
Consider celebrating the birthdays and anniversaries of your loved ones or honor the memory of a friend or loved one with a gift to CASA of Travis County. To make a gift, click donate and choose “Dedication.” When you provide an acknowledgment address, we will send an email or card directly to them with your personal message or remembrance. We won’t share the amount of your gift.
It's easy to set up a recurring gift to save time and effort. You may give monthly, quarterly or annually by setting up an automatic donation. To start your recurring gift, click donate and choose “I want to make a recurring donation.” Or call 512.539.2670 to speak to someone who will set up your recurring gift. If you give $125 or more each month, you’ll automatically become a member of the Powerful Voice Society.
Join the Powerful Voice Society
Your pledge of $1,500 or more annually grants you membership in the Powerful Voice Society, recognizing members’ commitment to being a powerful voice for abused and neglected children in our community.
Match your gift
Many companies offer matching gift programs to their employees. Check with your employer to find out if your company matches employees’ gifts to charitable nonprofit organizations; you may be able to double or even triple your donation to CASA.
Give your car to CASA
You can turn your unwanted car, truck, or boat into a gift to CASA of Travis County. Our vehicle donation program is a great way to help vulnerable children and turn a clunker into a tax deduction. Visit Charitable Auto Resources (CARS) or call toll-free 877.537.5277 to learn more. If you’re ready to donate, fill out their online donation form and a CARS representative will guide you through the next step in the process.
Bequests and other special gifts
You can create a legacy of hope for vulnerable children through a bequest or other special gift to CASA. You don’t need to be wealthy to make a lasting impact. Talk with your financial or estate planning professional to find out how to plan a gift to benefit you and your family while creating a lasting legacy for children in need.
You may help children who've been abused or neglected while gaining tax benefits by giving appreciated stock. Please contact our Development Director, Kelly Leusch, at 512.539.2670 or via email.
