Third Party Events
Third Party Events are planned by members of the greater community to benefit CASA. CASA is grateful for this exciting demonstration of support and appreciates being designated as a beneficiary of community events. Events can be large or small, open to the public or private fundraising parties - you decide.

The 2010 ClubCorp Charity Classic will be held on September 24th at The Hills of Lakeway Country Club and benefits CASA of Travis County, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS, and ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation. This local Charity Classic is a part of the world’s largest golf and dining event that will take place at over 120 ClubCorp private clubs throughout the US. In the past three years, over 40,000 participants have helped ClubCorp raise nearly $5 million.
This charity event will include a Golf Tournament followed by dinner and a silent Auction. Participants may sign up for either event or both. 100% of the proceeds from this event will be divided among the three charities. The Hills of Lakeway Country Club covers the complete cost of the golf tournament and dinner.
You can participate by:
- Attending the Hills of Lakeway golf tournament and dinner. The cost is only $125 per person or $400 for a team and is a great way to entertain family, friends, or business associates. You can also attend the dinner only for $35 per person.
- Becoming a sponsor locally, regionally or nationally. Sponsorship packages start at $2000.
- Donating a product/service to be featured in our silent auction

Klays for Kids 2010 on Friday, October 22nd
The 7th Annual Klays for Kids Challenge will be held Friday, October 22nd at the Capitol City Trap & Skeet Club to raised funds for CASA of Travis County.
This out of the ordinary event features a team skeet-shooting competition, fish-fry, great raffles and door prizes, and the chance to shoot with NFL greats including: Doug English, Lions 1975-1985; Dan Neil, Broncos 1997-2004; John Haines, Vikings 1984/Colts 1986-1988; Bob McKay, Browns 1970-1975/Patriots 1976-1978; and more. Ammo (12 & 20-gauge) is included.
