CASA of Travis County is currently hiring.


Development Director:

CASA of Travis County seeks a highly motivated and organized Development Director with a record of fundraising and management success. The Director of Development has primary responsibility for designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program to secure financial support from a variety of sources to meet the ongoing operating needs of the agency. Cultivating and fostering relationships with donors and volunteers is a key component of the job. The Director plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of development activities by performing the duties personally or through staff delegation.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for managing relationships with a variety of key stakeholders and constituency groups that serve the organization. Working with the Board of Directors, the Development Committee, and other volunteers, the Director of Development plans and supervises activities to achieve an increasing flow of unrestricted or budget supported gifts as well as capital and planned gifts for endowment and other restricted programs. The Events/Communications Manager and the Grants/Donor Relations Manager report to the Director of Development.
