What is Community for CASA? 

A brand-new volunteer group of young professionals like you who are committed to being a powerful voice for abused and neglected children in our community. Community for CASA is the brain-child of seven young professionals who realized their busy schedules mean they can’t volunteer as advocates—but they can help in other ways. Together, they recruited 70 friends to become Founding Members, raising more than $5,000 in just couple of months! Community for CASA is committed to creating a fun and social environment to raise funds for and promote awareness of CASA of Travis County.

You may join as an individual annual member for $35/year, a corporate annual member for $300/year, or a lifetime corporate member for a one-time $1,000 fee with no annual dues or fees.

Why Community for CASA?

CASA volunteers work directly with our community’s abused and neglected children. Many of us do not have the time or ability to be a CASA Volunteer right now—but we want to make a positive difference in our community and in the lives of these children. Community for CASA members are invited to events throughout the year to support and promote CASA of Travis County. You can also invite your friends to widen our community. And 100% of funds raised, including all membership dues and event proceeds, go directly to CASA of Travis County.

How do I join?

You may become a member by paying your one-time fee by credit card or check.

To pay by credit card, click on our donation page, fill out the form by choosing the appropriate denomination for your membership, and select “Community for CASA Membership” under Program Designation.

To pay by check, please make your check payable to “CASA of Travis County” and mail to 6330 Hwy 290 E, Suite 350, Austin, TX 78723. Please designate “Community for CASA” in the check memo. With either form of payment, CASA of Travis County will send you a receipt for tax purposes.
